John was extremely professional, communicative, and thorough. He looked over my AC for over an hour and found that a couple of crossed wires in the AC condenser had created an issue. He promptly corrected them, checked the electrical and refrigerant, and determined that my AC unit was functioning normally and would not need any additional service. So, John and Winds of Valley saved me more than a few bucks and gave me peace of mind just in time for a heatwave. I will absolutely use Winds of Valley again. They are prompt, responsive, polite, and provide clear information about what's going on and what's needed with your HVAC.
